Rules & Regulations

 

INCLAMAR established its own developed Rules and Regulations taking into account IACS Guidelines and the Unified IACS requirements.

 

The INCLAMAR Rules and Regulations cover all Technical aspects related to Sea-Going Vessels construction, surveys and maintenance through their service life.

 

Technical issues which are not covered by the INCLAMAR Rules and Regulations, are considered, on a case-by-case basis, by INCLAMAR's Technical Committee.

 

INCLAMAR is dedicated to the constant development and improvement of its existing rules in order to achieve its solid commitment, for enhancing the Safety of Life and Property and to Protect the Environment.
